The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by generating corporate tie-ups, group bookings, and bulk event sales. The role focuses on building strong relationships with companies, institutions, and organizations to promote Black Bunny's offerings as a preferred destination for team outings, parties, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach corporate clients, institutions, and associations for potential tie-ups.
Generate group bookings for team outings, annual parties, and bulk events.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR, Admin, Event Managers).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion.
Create customized proposals and packages as per client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, events, dining) to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings.
Represent Black Bunny at corporate networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and share regular updates with management.
Collect client feedback and suggest strategies to improve offerings.
Upsell add-on services like catering, decor, or premium game packages.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (preferred: Marketing/Business Administration).
1-3 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, hospitality, or event industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to independently drive sales targets and manage client relationships.
Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Flexible to work on weekends and evenings, as required.
Work Schedule:
6 days working.
Flexible hours depending on client meetings and events.
