We are looking for a part-time Zoho Books Executive to manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure our books are accurate and up to date. The role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, understands compliance basics, and can maintain clean financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts in Zoho Books on a regular basis
Record sales, purchase invoices, expenses, and bank transactions
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of entries
Manage GST entries, returns, and basic compliance support
Track receivables and payables and share periodic reports
Coordinate with internal teams and external accountants when required
Ensure proper documentation and filing of records
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and bookkeeping
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Excel is an added advantage
Experience:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred

Part-time, flexible hours (to be discussed)
