Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Tele-counsellor (MSW) to provide remote counselling, client support, and follow-up services. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle client concerns professionally. The role involves conducting telephonic counselling sessions, offering emotional support and basic psychological assistance, maintaining detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups, and coordinating with internal departments such as physiotherapy and administration for client updates. The Tele-counsellor will also handle client inquiries with professionalism, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, assist in scheduling appointments to ensure continuity of care, and report daily activities to the concerned supervisor. Candidates with an MSW qualification will be given preference. The role is purely counselling-based with no targets.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
