Dreamtime Learning is hiring experienced and passionate trainers who can conduct high-quality training sessions for school teachers across the listed locations. The trainer will visit assigned schools, conduct training workshops, and ensure teachers are equipped with modern teaching methodologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and effective teacher training sessions at partner schools.
Train teachers on pedagogy, classroom management, teaching skills, student engagement, and other relevant modules.
Assess the training needs of teachers and customize sessions accordingly.
Provide feedback and reports after each training session.
Ensure professional conduct and represent Dreamtime Learning standards during school visits.
Be available for trainings on weekdays or Saturdays depending on school requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in teacher training is mandatory (school or corporate education training preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver interactive and practical training sessions.
Good understanding of modern teaching methodologies, NEP guidelines, and classroom strategies.
Ability to travel locally to schools as required.
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Eligibility
Candidates must be based in Bangalore, Kochi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, or Raipur.
Should be comfortable traveling to schools within their city.
Compensation
?2,000 per training day (paid per completed session/day).
