Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist
who can work from home and independently manage strategic hiring across multiple roles and departments.
This role requires a professional approach to
talent acquisition
, focusing on long-term workforce planning, competitor talent mapping, and high-quality hiring rather than routine CV forwarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end talent acquisition
for multiple non-IT positions
Understand business requirements and plan hiring accordingly
Source, engage, and close
experienced candidates, including competitor employees
Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for ongoing and future requirements
Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks for sourcing
Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, attitude, and role fit
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely hiring closures
Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and performance reports
Provide insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and market trends
Mandatory Requirements
5 to 10 years of proven non-IT talent acquisition / recruitment experience
Strong expertise in
talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning
Experience handling
multiple positions simultaneously
Proven ability to hire candidates from
competitor organizations
Ability to work independently in a
work-from-home environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools
Preferred Experience
Hiring experience in
Engineering, Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial Services, Facilities, or Business Services
Exposure to
UAE / Middle East or international hiring markets
is an added advantage
Experience working with performance-driven or fast-growing organizations
