Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering and manufacturing, with expertise in various technical areas such as FPGA, PCB design, and system design. This role involves developing training programs, conducting workshops, and ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. The Trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing the technical capabilities of our workforce while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on electrical systems, PCB design, FPGA, and other relevant technologies. Conduct hands-on training sessions using tools such as AutoCAD, Simulink, SolidWorks, and MATLAB. Facilitate workshops on project scheduling, root cause analysis, and debugging techniques. Provide instruction on mechanical knowledge including surface mount technology and soldering practices. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continuously improve program content. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between training materials and current industry standards. Stay updated on advancements in quantum engineering, programmable logic controllers, and signal processing to incorporate into training modules. Assist in the development of schematics and firmware related to various projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in electrical systems design and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Perl for scripting purposes. Familiarity with tools like Revit, MicroStation for CAD applications is desirable. Strong understanding of NEC standards and practices. Experience with vision inspection systems and ohmmeters is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
