Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering and design, with proficiency in various software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of our employees in areas including electrical systems, CAD drafting, and system design. Your expertise will help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Duties

Develop comprehensive training materials and programs focused on electrical engineering principles, including schematics, layout design, and programmable logic controllers. Conduct engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into training modules. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed to reinforce learning objectives. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress for reporting purposes. Assist in the development of technical documentation related to electrical systems and construction processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, NavisWorks, MicroStation, Creo, and other CAD applications. Strong understanding of electrical systems design, NEC standards, PCB layout, drafting techniques, and construction practices. Experience in creating training content and delivering effective presentations is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
