Role Overview

We are looking for a part-time, execution-focused intern to manage our social media presence and handle basic PR and outreach. This is a hands-on role with clear expectations and measurable deliverables. Performance and consistency matter.

Before moving ahead, we want to align on a few things. We are planning to start the internship from

1st February

, and we will have a short call in

January

to confirm mutual fit, expectations, and working style.

This is a part-time internship with flexibility, but there will be

clear weekly and monthly goals

, as outlined below. The idea is ownership and accountability rather than fixed working hours.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media

Create and post

3-4 Instagram reels per week

Post

daily Instagram stories

(kitchen prep, food plating, behind-the-scenes, orders, etc.) Write captions aligned with the brand's tone and voice Respond to DMs and comments within

24 hours

Coordinate reposts and collaborations with food bloggers and creators
PR & Outreach

Identify and reach out to

local food bloggers and micro-influencers

Coordinate free tastings or paid collaborations (with prior approval) Approach

hotels, hostels, offices, PGs, and event planners

for bulk and recurring orders Follow up professionally via

Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, or calls

Maintain a simple outreach and follow-up tracker
Deliverables (Strict)

Minimum

12-15 reels per month

At least

8-10 blogger outreaches per week

Minimum

2 active collaborations per month

Weekly activity and progress update

Who Should Apply

Stipend & Incentives
