This role is ideal for someone who can communicate confidently, follow a script, handle objections with ease, and keep a tight follow-up system.
Key Responsibilities1) Lead Calling & Conversion (Primary)
Call inbound leads (WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook/Website) and explain program benefits clearly
Understand user needs and recommend the right program (trial / course / consultation)
Follow up consistently and close sales
Maintain lead status and updates in tracker/CRM (Google Sheet or CRM tool)
Share payment links, confirm enrollments, and ensure smooth onboarding
2) LMS & Operations Support
Add/remove learners, assign course access, handle login/reset issues
Track course access issues and coordinate with tech team if needed
Maintain basic course admin tasks (batch lists, access validity, etc.)
3) Customer Support
Answer queries on WhatsApp/email/DMs related to course access, consult bookings, and community
Resolve complaints calmly and escalate complex cases appropriately
Ensure high-quality customer experience and quick response time
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent spoken + written communication (Hindi + English / Hinglish preferred)
Sales mindset with polite, empathetic communication (fertility space needs sensitivity)
Comfortable on calls, confident in handling objections and closing
Basic tech comfort: Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, payment links, LMS tools
Prior experience in
inside sales / telecalling / customer support
is a plus
Working Hours
3 hours daily (6 days/week preferred)
Timing can be fixed daily (flexible within a pre-decided slot)
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Calls made + connected calls/day
Conversions and revenue generated
Follow-up completion rate
Resolution time for support queries
Customer satisfaction / low escalation rate
