Position:

Part-Time Telecaller

Experience Required:

Fresher or 6 months in telecalling or a similar role

Working Hours:

Fexible

Languages:

Proficiency in Hindi & English

Working Days:

Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. Respond to inbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns. Update and maintain customer records in the database. Contribute to team goals. Ensure accurate and thorough information is provided to customers.

Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic computer skills for managing call records. Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
