Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering and manufacturing, with expertise in various technical skills. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees in areas such as FPGA, PCB design, and system design. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our team remains proficient in the latest technologies and methodologies.

Duties

Develop comprehensive training materials and programs focused on electrical systems, manufacturing processes, and software tools. Conduct hands-on training sessions covering topics such as FPGA, SoC, signal processing, and surface mount technology. Facilitate workshops on project scheduling, root cause analysis, and debugging techniques. Provide instruction on the use of CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, MicroStation, and Simulink. Teach programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, MATLAB, and Perl for automation and scripting tasks. Guide employees in the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and firmware development. Ensure that all training adheres to NEC standards and best practices in electrical engineering. Assess trainees' progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred; relevant experience may be considered. Proficiency in FPGA design and PCB layout with practical experience in electrical systems. Strong understanding of system design principles and mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes. Familiarity with vision inspection systems and soldering techniques is advantageous. Experience with debugging tools and methodologies for effective troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Prior experience as a trainer or educator in a technical field is highly desirable.
