About Kasrat

Kasrat is India's premier fitness class booking platform connecting fitness enthusiasts with top gyms and studios across the country. We're revolutionizing Nepal's fitness industry by making quality fitness accessible to everyone through our innovative subscription and booking system.

Position: Part-Time Operations & Marketing Trainee

Location: Kathmandu Valley (field-based with some online coordination)

Type: Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week, flexible schedule)

Start Date: Immediate

Compensation

Base Salary: Rs. 7,000 per month (20+ hrs/week)

Incentives: Rs. 200 for each gym successfully onboarded

Mobile & Travel Allowance for verified work-related activities

Performance Review after 3 months with potential increase in pay and hours

What You'll Do

As a part-time trainee, you'll be the face of Kasrat in the field while learning business, marketing, and operations skills:

Gym Partnership Development: Introduce Kasrat to gyms and fitness studios across Kathmandu Valley

User Acquisition: Promote Kasrat to potential users (students, working professionals, fitness enthusiasts)

Marketing Support: Assist in grassroots campaigns, digital promotions, and brand awareness efforts

Relationship Building: Maintain professional connections with gym owners, trainers, and users

Data Collection & Reporting: Track gym visits, user interactions, and market feedback

Collaboration: Work closely with Kasrat's core team on outreach and business growth

Who We're Looking For

Students or young professionals looking for flexible part-time work

Passion for fitness, sports, or health

Strong communication & social skills (Nepali required, English/Hindi a plus)

Self-motivated, energetic, and confident in approaching new people

Access to a bike/scooter for travel in Kathmandu Valley

Tech-friendly (mobile apps, social media, basic Excel/Sheets)

Bonus Points if you have:

Sales, marketing, or event promotion experience

A network in the fitness community

Content creation/social media skills

Driving License
