Job Title:

Part-Time Non-IT Recruiter

Work Hours:

5 hours/day (Remote)

Compensation Structure:

Per-closure incentive in the initial phase

Fixed salary up to ?10,000/- after 25 successful closures (selections and joinings)

Leads will be provided for calling

Opportunity to shift to full-time based on consistent performance

Key Responsibilities:

Call and screen candidates as per job requirements

Schedule interviews and ensure candidate follow-ups till joining

Maintain daily call logs and status reports

Requirements:

Good communication and follow-up skills

Must have a smartphone and stable internet connection

Discipline, consistency, and result-oriented mindset

Prior recruitment or recruitment experience is a plus

Note:

This is a target-driven role. Only serious and committed individuals will be retained for long-term opportunities.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
