We are looking for a

dedicated and engaging Math Tutor

to work

in person

at the

pre-Algebra

level. This is

not

an online position. Candidates must be willing to commute to Uthandi in ECR, Chennai.

Commitment:

6 hours per week

Start Date:

Immediate or as mutually agreed

Schedule:

Flexible -- sessions can be distributed across the following time blocks. Any six hours chosen in this range are permissible, and it is acceptable to work a 2-hour block of time on Tuesday and Sunday if desired:

Monday:

2:30-3:30 pm, 6:30-7:30 pm

Tuesday:

4:30-7:30 pm

Wednesday:

2:30-3:30 pm, 6:30-7:30 pm

Thursday:

2:30-4:30 pm, 6:30-7:30 pm

Saturday:

6:30-7:30 pm

Sunday:

10 am - 6:30 pm

Ideal Candidate

Has

strong proficiency in middle school math

and experience teaching or tutoring pre-Algebra Is

patient, enthusiastic

, and able to explain concepts in a clear and relatable way Is dependable, punctual, and enjoys working with children

Compensation

Competitive and commensurate with experience
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
