Role Description:

We are seeking a part-time, Java Fullstack Instructor to join the Codertia team remotely. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Java Fullstack and a passion for teaching. As a Java Fullstack Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging Java Fullstack courses to students, helping them gain hands-on experience and expertise in Java Fullstack.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Java Fullstack courses, including both theoretical and practical instruction, to students in a flexible setting.
Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they are relevant and aligned with current industry standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students throughout the course, addressing questions and helping them troubleshoot coding challenges.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to ensure student success.
Stay updated with the latest Java Fullstack technologies and Industrial best practices.
Collaborate with the Codertia team to continuously improve training methods and course content.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java Fullstack.
Teaching or training experience in Java Fullstack is strongly preferred.
Proven industrial experience in using enterprise-level applications using Java Fullstack.
Strong understanding of industrial best practices, including backend development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, database integration) and frontend (React.js, responsive design, state management).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way.
Ability to work effectively in a flexible setting.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
