We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Part-Time Interior Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the design, planning, and execution of interior projects for residential and/or commercial spaces. This role is perfect for a design professional looking to contribute on a flexible schedule while working on exciting and meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budgets, and style preferences. Create design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and space plans. Source furniture, materials, lighting, and decor within budget. Produce sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D visualizations (optional based on skills). Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Conduct on-site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans (if local). Maintain project timelines and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Strong eye for aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangements. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage time and work independently on multiple projects. Previous interior design experience preferred.

Nice to Have:

Portfolio showcasing previous design work. Experience with sustainable or eco-friendly design. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
