Job Overview:



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to join Reformiqo. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats -- from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, and engagement but most of all to understand our team and create a favourable space for them to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offer rollout). Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires. Maintain candidate and employee records on Zoho or other HRMS tools.

2. HR Operations & Employee Data



Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, and leave records. Ensure smooth processing of payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts/payroll team. Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards using Zoho People/Zoho Analytics.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication



Plan and execute engagement activities, learning circles, and events. Address employee queries and assist with grievance redressal. Foster a positive work culture aligned with Reformiqo's values.

4. Compliance & Policy Administration



Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, etc.). Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.

5. Performance Management



Coordinate goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles. Track completion of KRAs and help managers with performance data.

6. HR Tech & Process Improvement



Use Zoho HR suite (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Expense, Zoho Payroll) effectively. Collaborate with IT to streamline HR processes, automate workflows, and troubleshoot HRMS issues.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, I/O Psychology or related field.

1-3 years of experience

in HR operations, preferably in IT or tech-enabled companies. Working knowledge of

Zoho HR Suite

or similar HRMS software. Basic understanding of HR analytics and HR workflows. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience collaborating with IT teams or knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting. Familiarity with compliance requirements for Indian labor laws. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
