Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project coordination, with expertise in various construction management software. This role is essential for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of our workforce, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of our projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees on construction management practices and software tools. Facilitate training sessions on key topics including project scheduling, blueprint reading, contracts, and construction estimating. Utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid to enhance training effectiveness. Collaborate with project managers to identify training needs based on current projects and employee performance. Provide hands-on training and support in construction site environments to reinforce learning. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback to continuously improve content delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in construction management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or project management with a focus on training or mentoring roles. Proficient in using construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid. Strong understanding of construction estimating, project scheduling, and blueprint reading. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously. Experience with contracts and schematics related to construction projects is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
