result-driven Offline Marketing Executives

to expand our patient reach through ethical field marketing and local partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote services of Eternelle Aesthetics (Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Treatments) through offline marketing Visit nearby apartments, offices, clinics, corporates, gyms, salons, and local businesses Generate genuine patient leads and ensure follow-up for successful conversions Drive walk-ins and confirmed appointments for consultations and procedures Build referral networks and local tie-ups to increase patient inflow Represent the clinic professionally and maintain brand credibility

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in the field Target-oriented mindset with focus on closed leads Experience in hospital, clinic, or aesthetic marketing is an added advantage

Payment Structure:

Payment is strictly based on closed leads / successful conversions only

Incentives paid per confirmed patient / procedure No fixed salary - earnings are performance-based High earning potential for consistent performers
