About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Finance consultant with expertise in financial modeling

to support our strategic decision-making, investment readiness, and business planning. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced finance consultant, FP&A analyst, or ex-investment banking professional who wants to contribute on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Build, refine, and maintain

financial models

(P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, scenario analysis). Support

fundraising activities

by preparing valuation models, investor decks, and financial forecasts. Conduct

sensitivity and scenario analyses

to support strategic decisions. Provide insights on

unit economics, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization.

Prepare

dashboards and MIS reports

for leadership and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in all financial planning outputs. Collaborate with business teams to align financial models with operational realities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA, CFA, MBA preferred). 1+ years of experience in

financial modeling, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.

Strong expertise in

Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling best practices.

Familiarity with

valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, multiples).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

startups, fundraising, or venture-backed companies.

Knowledge of

financial planning software/tools

(e.g., PowerBI, Tableau). Understanding of

investor relations and capital markets.
