Role Overview

ICA Ultadanga is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Faculty Member to lead sessions on Personality Development Program (PDP) and Soft Skills, while also serving as a Placement Coordinator.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) Prior experience in training or teaching soft skills / PDP / communication Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor students Capable of managing placement-related activities: Connecting with employers Scheduling student interviews Coordinating with both employers and students Maintaining accurate placement records

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive sessions on PDP and soft skills Design and deliver engaging course content Mentor students on personality development and career readiness Coordinate campus placement activities Track and report student progress and placement outcomes
