Develop and deliver customized English lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.
Use digital tools, simulations, and experiments to enhance concept understanding, engagement, and retention.
Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and suggest strategies for improvement in conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to participate actively.
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure lesson quality, content accuracy, and consistency across sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / master's degree with specialization in English
Proven experience in teaching English, preferably in an online learning environment.
Excellent communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs, levels, and backgrounds.
Other Requirements
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and similar tools.
Strong and stable internet connection to ensure smooth, uninterrupted classes.
Candidates must have a reliable laptop or desktop with a functional webcam, headset, stable broadband connection, and power backup
