who can oversee and streamline our end-to-end operations. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating between departments such as production, merchandising, warehouse, HR, and retail stores to ensure smooth functioning and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure coordination among departments.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in production and supply chain.
Monitor order flow, dispatch schedules, and quality control.
Review team performance and help set operational targets.
Support cost optimization, vendor management, and process standardization.
Provide strategic inputs to management for operational efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews with department heads and report progress to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in garment / apparel manufacturing or retail operations.
Strong understanding of production, warehouse, and retail coordination.
Proven experience in process improvement and operations planning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Available for part-time / consulting engagement (flexible hours).
Compensation:
Based on experience and engagement hours (to be discussed during interview).
