Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality training sessions for children and/or adults as per the assigned schedule.
Prepare lesson plans, activities, and practice material based on age group and learning levels.
Ensure a safe, encouraging, and positive learning environment.
Assess learners' progress and provide feedback to parents or management when required.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during all sessions.
Coordinate with school/centre management for scheduling and event participation.
Encourage student engagement through fun, interactive, and structured sessions.
Required Qualifications
Valid certification
in the respective area of specialization (mandatory).
Proven
experience teaching children and adults
in a formal or informal setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage groups and ensure active participation.
Passion for teaching and nurturing talent.
