Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Part-Time CAD Jewelry Designer

to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating sketches and design concepts into accurate 3D CAD models for production. The ideal candidate has strong experience in jewelry CAD software, understands the manufacturing process, and has a passion for innovation and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D CAD models of jewelry pieces based on sketches, concepts, or specifications provided by the design team. Prepare technical drawings and renderings for customer approval or internal use. Collaborate with designers, gemologists, and production teams to ensure feasibility of designs. Modify and revise existing CAD files as needed. Maintain an organized library of CAD files and design assets. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CAD Jewelry Designer (portfolio required). Proficiency in software such as

Rhino

MatrixGold

,

ZBrush

, or

Gemvision Matrix

. Understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes (casting, stone setting, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to design within specified tolerances. Ability to interpret design briefs and bring creative concepts to life. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with photorealistic rendering software (KeyShot, V-Ray, etc.). Background in gemology or knowledge of gemstones and precious metals. Experience designing for 3D printing or rapid prototyping. Prior experience working in a fast-paced jewelry design environment.

Estimated 20-25 hours per week, depending on project load.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
