About the Role:

We are an Ayurvedic Medicine Manufacturing Company and are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Ayurvedic Doctor to serve as a part-time consultant for our Piles medicine, an Ayurvedic formulation for the complete healing of piles. The consultant will be responsible for answering health-related queries from customers, ensuring they are well-informed and feel supported throughout their healing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer questions regarding the usage, dosage, and benefits of the medicine and any questions related to Piles. Offer expert Ayurvedic advice in alignment with the company's values and treatment philosophy. Record and report customer feedback for continuous product and support improvement. Collaborate with the internal team to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) is

mandatory

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of clinical or consulting experience in Ayurvedic medicine as a Doctor Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English Patient, empathetic, and committed to delivering holistic customer support
