We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role requires a strong understanding of adult education principles and the ability to create engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals. The Trainer will work closely with various departments to assess training needs and develop tailored programs that support employee development and performance management.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula using the ADDIE model to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Conduct employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires and familiarize them with company policies and culture.
Utilize various learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content delivery and tracking progress.
Collaborate with human resources to align training initiatives with talent management strategies, including succession planning and employee evaluation.
Design instructional materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate, ensuring content is engaging and accessible.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and classroom training sessions, employing strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Assess training effectiveness through data collection, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to programs.
Mentor employees in their professional development journey, providing guidance on conflict management and career progression.
Support program management efforts by coordinating logistics for training sessions and maintaining accurate records of attendance and evaluations.
Skills
Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and content development.
Proficiency in adult education principles with experience in teaching or training delivery.
Familiarity with talent management processes including performance management, employee relations, and HR sourcing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Experience with change management initiatives that support organizational growth.
Knowledge of human capital management practices and tools such as Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint, HRIS systems.
Ability to conduct research on best practices in training & development to continuously improve program offerings.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
