About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced accountant--preferably a retired professional--who can manage our basic accounting tasks on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours while continuing to use their accounting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and payment entries.
Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Assist in preparing monthly summaries, petty cash statements, and basic financial reports.
Ensure records are organized and compliant with standard accounting practices.
Coordinate with management for weekly updates and clarifications.
Requirements:
Retired accountant or senior professional with strong accounting background preferred.
Proficiency in Tally / Excel / basic accounting tools.
Good attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently and manage records efficiently.
Honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential.
