Job Purpose
The position is responsible to Enhance Customer Experience and Retention, Expand Parts and Service Network by improving Reach, Develop Service Resources and facilities at Dealerships, Achieve Parts and Lubricant Target for CNH Profit with dealers viability & Implementation of Customer Loyalty Retention Programs and relevant Sales thru Services. Identify and resolve dealer issues for service with the objective of achieving annual zonal parts & service targets. Enhance reach, response, relationship and systems within organization's service strategy and process and system guidelines. driving the CBUs along various Network & Business Excellence initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Zonal Parts & Service Manager
Enhance Customer Customer connection and retention.
Ensure tractor retention and improve tractor reporting.
Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Enhance customer experience to achive a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Enhance the service and parts network through authorized service centers.
Ensure trained manpoweris available at dealerships.
Improve dealer's service and administrative capabilities
Ensure targets are assigned and achieved for parts and lubricants.
Ensure commodity goods management.
Implement strategise and deliver customer retention programsand boost sales with effective service.
Experience Required
Minimum 15-20 years of experience
in parts & Service in Automobile / Agri Industry
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) or Agricultural
