To promote and sell automotive spare parts to customers, retail shops, workshops, and businesses through effective marketing strategies, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
Identify target customer segments such as workshops, car owners, fleet managers, etc.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Generate leads through calls, visits, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle customer queries related to product availability, pricing, and delivery
3. ?
Sales & Promotion:
Promote OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), OES (Original Equipment Supplier), . . . imported, used, and aftermarket spare parts.
Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Propose discount schemes, offers, and bulk pricing to drive sales.
4. ?
Product Knowledge & Technical Support:
Stay updated with product specifications, features, and compatibility.
Provide technical support and advice on spare part selection.
Work closely with service and technical teams to assist customers.
5. ?
Order Processing & Coordination:
Coordinate between customers and warehouse for timely delivery.
Ensure accurate processing of orders, quotations, and invoicing.
Follow up on pending orders, returns, and warranty claims.

Digital Marketing (Optional):
Manage social media platforms to showcase products and promotions.
Update e-commerce portals or spare parts websites with product listings and offers.

Reporting & Feedback:
Prepare regular sales and market analysis reports.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the product or management teams for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience in automobile spare parts sales/marketing is a plus.
Good knowledge of automotive systems and spare parts terminology.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, customer-focused, and ability to build long-term relationships.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Valid driving license (for field visits).
