The Parts Sales Executive will be responsible for selling automation spare parts, managing customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing. The role requires good product knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales for automation spare parts such as sensors, drives, motors, PLCs, controllers, etc.
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts or solutions.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Create and share quotations, follow up for closures, and negotiate pricing.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability and delivery.
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
Provide after-sales support related to parts and services.
Attend client meetings or site visits if required.
Required Skills
Knowledge of industrial automation parts.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic technical understanding to explain products to customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
