Store & Purchase Incharge - Yamaha Automobile Sales and Service Showroom



Company- CAG Yamaha (Coimbatore).



Job Summary:



The Store & Purchase Incharge is responsible for overseeing the purchase and inventory management of automobile spare parts, consumables, workshop tools, and showroom supplies and dealership supplies and target.

Key Responsibilities:Store Management and Dealership sales.



Maintain proper inventory of automobile spare parts, accessories, tools, and consumables. Ensure systematic storage, labeling, and stock rotation based on FIFO/LIFO as required. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Monitor stock levels and raise indents to avoid shortages or overstocking. Issue materials to service advisors/technicians against job cards and maintain proper documentation. Handle goods inward and outward entries in ERP/software and maintain records. Handling 3 Branches Team and store management Able to lead the team for the stock and procurement and issues Able to coordinate Yamaha OEM spare and store for the purchase based on the requirments.

Purchase Management:



Source and procure OEM YAMAHA spare parts, lubricants, and workshop consumables as per company standards. Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and maintain vendor & Dealership relationships. Ensure timely procurement of critical items to avoid job delays. Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices for accuracy and compliance. Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply issues. Handling Dealership sales target

Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain purchase records, stock registers, inward/outward logs, and GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes). Handling Wings entry and inventories properly Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review. Maintain minimum and maximum stock level records and reorder points. Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and purchase documentation.

Qualifications & Skills Required:



Graduate or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical / Supply Chain or relevant field. 5 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile industry (Two wheeler). Good knowledge of automotive parts, consumables, and vendor networks. Proficiency in inventory management software Wings. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling. Good communication and coordination skills.

Highly organized and proactive. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Integrity in handling company stock and purchase transactions. Team player with service-oriented attitude. Should be very strict on inventories and material issue. Zero tolerance of fraudlance activities.

Remuneration & Benefits:



Salary based on experience and qualifications. Incentives/bonuses based on Monthly Sales and Target Company benefits such as PF, ESI, and as per policy.
