To contact customer leads for sales team.
To monitor the outward couriers.
To handle the walk in customers and direct to sales / service.
To monitor the general upkeep of the showroom.
Test ride forms, Price lists, feedback forms to be monitored and made available.
PARTS IN CHARGE
Inventory Management.
Parts Issuance & Workshop Coordination.
Support the workshop in maintaining Turnaround Time-ensuring part readiness.
Purchase, Replenishment and Return of damaged parts
Follow up with OEM, Distributors and Logistics for on time delivery
Documentation -Daily Parts Register, including inward, outward, and stock balances.
Submit daily reports to the Branch Manager & Service Head.
Generate reports on consumption and shortages.
Generate monthly stock value reports and aging analysis for management.
Ensure correct entries for inter-branch stock transfers.
Customer Sales (Counter / Retail)
Housekeeping of parts storage area, organized, and labelled properly.
Ensure proper shelving, binning, and segregation of new, used, and damaged parts.
Follow safety protocols for handling lubricants, batteries, and chemicals.
