Processing orders for new parts based on inventory levels and .
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for the best prices and delivery times.
Ensuring parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
Managing purchasing and contract procedures for parts.
Distribution:
Overseeing the timely delivery of parts to the maintenance and service teams.
Managing the return of defective or unused parts.
Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for all parts transactions.
Communication and Collaboration:
Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Working closely with maintenance and service teams to understand their needs and provide support.
Communicating with other departments as needed
