The Parts Executive will be responsible for managing spare parts operations, including inventory control, order processing, stock management, and customer support. The role ensures the timely availability of quality parts to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage spare parts inventory, stock levels, and maintain records.
Process parts orders from workshop, retail, and wholesale customers.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of parts.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and issuance of spare parts.
Handle billing, documentation, and maintain accurate reports.
Support service teams by ensuring the availability of required parts.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving parts to optimize stock.
Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Automobile / Mechanical preferred).
1-3 years of experience in spare parts management (automobile sector preferred).
Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
