Partnerships Sales Manager--Salon & Spa
to establish and scale our presence across premium salons nationwide.
Role Overview
This is a
core revenue and expansion role
.
You will be responsible for
onboarding premium salons
, building strong professional relationships, and driving consistent product adoption across India's top beauty networks. The role requires deep understanding of the
professional salon ecosystem
, distributor dynamics, and the expectations of luxury beauty partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salon Network Expansion (Primary Focus)
Identify, onboard, and manage
premium salons, luxury spas, and professional beauty clinics
across key Indian markets.
Build a structured expansion plan for Tier 1 and high-potential Tier 2 cities.
Drive salon-level product trials, onboarding, and long-term commercial partnerships.
Ensure strong brand placement, visibility, and product usage within partner salons.
2. B2B Sales & Channel Development
Own end-to-end
B2B sales cycles
: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, onboarding, and closures.
Develop salon pricing structures, trade margins, and incentive programs aligned with premium positioning.
Work closely with distributors, regional partners, and key accounts where applicable.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for salon and professional channels.
3. Relationship & Account Management
Build deep relationships with salon owners, chain heads, trainers, and senior stylists.
Act as the primary point of contact for key salon partners across regions.
Conduct regular salon visits to drive engagement, education, and repeat orders.
Resolve commercial, operational, and product-related issues swiftly and professionally.
4. Brand & Product Enablement
Educate salon teams on product benefits, usage protocols, and differentiation.
Coordinate product demos, in-salon activations, workshops, and stylist training sessions.
Ensure brand communication and presentation reflect luxury, trust, and expertise.
Gather professional feedback and insights to support product refinement and innovation.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and salon trends in the professional beauty space.
Provide inputs on regional demand, product performance, and expansion opportunities.
Support leadership with data-driven insights for scaling salon distribution nationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
4-10 years of experience in
professional beauty sales, salon distribution, or B2B skincare/cosmetics sales
.
Proven experience working with
premium salons, salon chains, spas, or dermatology-backed clinics
.
Strong understanding of the Indian salon ecosystem, distributor models, and professional product adoption.
Prior experience with luxury or premium skincare/cosmetics brands is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to operate independently and build a salon network from scratch.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; regional languages a plus).
Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
Comfortable with travel across cities and regions.
