Job Description

We are looking for an experienced partner manager to lead and scale our partner network across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and nurturing partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the Indian education landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Expansion

Develop and execute a PAN-India strategy for partner acquisition and engagement. Identify, onboard, and train partners (individuals/organizations) for our programs.

Relationship Management

Build strong, long-term relationships with partners across states. Provide partners with necessary resources, training, and support.

Performance Monitoring

Set and track partner performance metrics Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to optimize partner effectiveness.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with internal teams to align partner activities with foundation goals. Organize partner meet-ups, webinars, and training sessions.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain partner databases and track progress. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on partner contributions and regional trends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
