We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Partnerships Manager - Travel Supply
to drive the growth and diversification of our global travel network. In this role, you'll lead the sourcing, negotiation, and management of key supplier relationships across hotels, experiences, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs). You'll play a central role in shaping our travel inventory, ensuring that we deliver exceptional experiences and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across accommodation, experiences, and destination management categories.
Develop and execute strategies to strengthen supply coverage across key markets in
South Asia and the Far East
.
Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and exclusivity agreements that align with business goals.
Structure, finalize, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards.
Partnership Development & Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with hotels, DMCs, and experience providers.
Serve as the primary liaison for partners, resolving issues, driving collaboration, and ensuring mutual growth.
Performance Management & Optimization
Track supplier performance using key metrics such as service quality, pricing competitiveness, and fulfillment efficiency.
Identify and address performance gaps to improve partner outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Market Insights & Strategy
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the travel ecosystem.
Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize supply, pricing, and destination coverage.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of supplier offerings into customer journeys.
Support product innovation by aligning supplier capabilities with customer demand and brand positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Hospitality, Travel Management
, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience
in supplier management, contracting, or business development within the
travel, tourism, or hospitality
industry.
Proven success in managing and expanding partnerships across
Far East Asian and South Asian
regions.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence partners at all levels.
Deep understanding of travel market dynamics, pricing strategies, and supplier economics.
Hands-on experience working with
DMCs, hotel chains, and experience providers
.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in
market research, reporting, and forecasting tools
.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel for supplier meetings, conferences, and on-ground relationship management.
