Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team in India. You will build strong relationships with MSME event organizers and agencies, promoting Tide's payment solutions (Payment Gateway, Pay by Link, QR Codes) for events like exhibitions, conferences, and fairs.You will manage the sales cycle, help clients onboard smoothly, and drive revenue growth by increasing payment transactions through these partnerships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find and connect with MSME event organizers, trade show planners, and community platforms.
  • Explain and sell Tide's payment solutions (Payment Gateway, Pay by Link, QR Codes) for ticket sales, on-site payments, donations, and other event needs.
  • Understand the needs of event organizers and offer customized payment solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from finding leads to closing deals and onboarding clients.
  • Run marketing campaigns to attract new MSME event organizers and convert them into customers.
  • Help clients use Tide's payment tools smoothly and make sure they continue using them.
  • Focus on generating revenue by finding new business opportunities, upselling services, and increasing payment transactions through event partnerships.
