Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Identify and onboard new partners through LinkedIn, industry networks, and other relevant channels
Collaborate with internal teams for creative deliverables, campaign planning, and performance tracking
Coordinate with partners for deal closures, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis
Maintain and update daily trackers for partnership activities and campaign performance
Analyze campaign data to evaluate ROI and provide actionable insights for improvement
Support cross-functional coordination between marketing, design, and product teams for smooth execution

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or business development
Experience in managing brand collaborations or affiliate partnerships will be an added advantage
