We are seeking a Partnerships & BTL Marketing Associate who thrives on engaging students through high-energy seminars and workshops across colleges and coaching centers. This role is the face of IIDE on campus--responsible for planning, delivering, and making sessions impactful--while also managing the data, partnerships, and offline marketing initiatives that fuel these activities. Key Responsibilities
Seminar & Workshop Delivery - Conduct engaging sessions across degree colleges, junior colleges, coaching classes, and career fairs; bring creativity and interactive formats to keep large student groups inspired and excited.
Planning & Coordination - Organize seminar schedules, manage logistics with institutions, and ensure seamless execution of on-ground activities.
Data Management & Reporting - Maintain and update student lead databases, track seminar performance, and generate insights that help improve outreach strategies.
Partnership Development - Build strong relationships with colleges, coaching classes, and career counselors to drive recurring collaborations and referrals.
Below the Line marketing & Branding - Support offline activations, workshops, and branding opportunities that enhance IIDE's visibility in academic and community spaces.
AI-Driven Engagement - Explore AI tools for student engagement, lead follow-up, and event personalisation to increase the effectiveness of sessions and partnerships.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills; ability to energise and inspire large student groups.
Strong organisational and planning abilities to manage multiple sessions and partner commitments.
Proficiency in data management for lead tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Relationship-building skills with institutional stakeholders and external partners.
Creativity in making seminars more interactive and memorable.
Basic knowledge of AI tools and marketing applications preferred.
Preferred Background
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
0-3 years of experience in seminar delivery, student engagement, partnerships, or BTL marketing.
Exposure to offline event management or training sessions is a strong advantage.
Understanding of digital marketing trends adds value.
