Job purpose
To expand the network of ZEISS Vision Partner Plus (Operating Partner Program) in India & contributing as one of major growth driver for ZEISS Vision Hospital Retail Channel
Main Accountabilities
Strategic Sales ManagementDrive ZEISS Vision Partner Plus Program in Hospital Retail Channel. End to End Ownership of Program (Identify, Onboard, Manage Customers) Track, analyze, and communicate key business metrics and trends to stakeholders. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, and projecting future performance.

Team Leadership & DevelopmentTrain, and motivate a team of sales representatives on the program to effectively execute the program Conduct periodical check-ins with the sales team to set objectives, monitor progress, and ensure accountability. Efficient in recruiting in-store sales employees to support the partner hospital

Strengthen the programUnderstand the customer needs & offer relevant solutions there by strengthening the program

Distribution NetworkAppoint & Manage Network of Distributors across India, who will be executing the program Monitor and ensure adherence to company quotas, standards, and compliance requirements.

Reports to: Head of Hospital Retail, ZEISS Vision Care India
Direct span-
Key relationship/customers:
Internal- Sales, Marketing, Partnership Program Team, Customer Care
External- Distributors, Hospital Stake holders ( Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Opticians etc..)
Key Result AreasExpansion of ZVP Plus Stores in the country Revenue Achievement Adherence & monitoring of SOPs in ZVP Plus Program Managing people and processes
Education - UG in any Stream ( MBA is preferred) Experience + 7+ Years of Exp in Sales (Retail is Preferred)/ Business Development
+ Experience in Healthcare (Optical/Ophthalmology) is preferred
+ Strong English proficiency (Additional Language like Hindi is a Plus)
+ Strong sales acumen and understanding of customer needs
+ Good presentation skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving ability
+ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, people & processes
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ High degree of proficiency in Microsoft business tools (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point, Outlook)
+ Strong Manpower/people management skills
