The Assistant Manager will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of activities under the NReach programme. The role involves close coordination with NGOs, corporate partners, and internal teams to ensure programme impact, strengthen partnerships, and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
Liaise with NGOs, corporates, and other partners to strengthen collaborations.
Facilitate regular review meetings and maintain strong partner relationships.
Drafting MoUs, partnership documents, and monitoring Data.
Contribute to documentation of success stories, case studies, and best practices.
Contribute to NReach brand visibility through events, campaigns, and social media content.
Develop presentations, newsletters, and knowledge materials for internal and external sharing.
Support in organizing outreach events, workshops, and conferences.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of NGO/CSR ecosystem and youth development programmes.
Good understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation processes.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and digital tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
