Role Overview

Jovaki Agro Food India is seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Partnership Manager to lead our brand-building and corporate gifting initiatives. This role is pivotal in forging long-term, high-impact alliances with corporate clients, institutions, and industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, unlock new revenue streams, and position Jovaki as a preferred partner for sustainable, clean-label agro-food gifting and collaborations.

You will serve as the strategic interface between external partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of partnership deliverables and alignment with Jovaki's mission of innovation, sustainability, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Corporate Engagement & Brand Alliances

Develop and execute a corporate partnership roadmap focused on gifting, co-branding, and brand visibility

Identify and onboard strategic partners across FMCG, retail, hospitality, and institutional sectors

Design innovative collaboration models including joint ventures, co-branded campaigns, and institutional supply chains

2. Business Development & Revenue Acceleration

Drive corporate sales and institutional tie-ups to meet and exceed revenue targets

Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and partnership terms with corporate clients

Explore CSR-linked partnerships that align with Jovaki's agro-sustainability mission

3. Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and nurture trust-based relationships with corporate clients, industry associations, and gifting platforms

Act as the single point of contact for all corporate partners

Organize partner review meetings, gifting showcases, and brand activation events

4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution

Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely delivery of partnership commitments

Monitor execution KPIs and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints

Prepare structured reports and dashboards for leadership review

5. Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting

Track competitor activities, gifting trends, and industry benchmarks

Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making

Prepare monthly dashboards and performance reviews of partnership outcomes

6. Compliance, Contracting & Documentation

Draft, review, and manage contracts, MoUs, and partnership agreements

Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and corporate governance standards

Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records of all partnership activities

Qualifications & Skills

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or related field

5-8 years of proven experience in corporate partnerships, institutional sales, or brand alliances

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel dashboards, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)

Exposure to agro-food, clean-label, or sustainability-driven industries is preferred

Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results under tight timelines
