? - Act as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and coordination.
? - Ensure that all documentation related to onboarding and partnerships is complete,accurate, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
? - Work closely with compliance teams; knowledge of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) frameworks will be considered a strong advantage.
? - Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage analytical and technical skills to optimize onboarding workflows.
? - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Tech, and Operations to ensure a smooth partner experience.
? - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure alignment with applicable laws and standards.
