inspiring Partnership Development Manager

to

build alliances, nurture collaborations, and drive lead generation partnerships

What You'll do

Build and expand

partnership networks

with healthcare platforms, corporates, travel concierges, and global facilitators. Develop

strategic alliances

for dental tourism, focusing on international patients. Create and execute

partnership strategies

that strengthen Rarity Dental's brand as India's most premium dental practice. Lead

relationship management

with affiliates, ensuring seamless patient journeys from consultation to aftercare. Collaborate with the marketing team to design

partner-driven campaigns

for lead generation and conversion.
Who We're Looking For

A dynamic professional with

business development or partnership management experience

, preferably in

healthcare, hospitality, or wellness sectors

. Someone who is

relationship-driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial

in approach. Excellent communicator with the ability to

inspire trust and build long-term partnerships

. Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about
