The Partnership Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creation, management, and growth of strategic partnerships, often with a focus on fundraising, resource mobilization, and relationship management with organizations, foundations, corporate partners, and high net worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of partner and donor priorities and market trends to inform partnership strategies.
Research and prospect potential new partners and support existing partnership management, including stewardship and contract processes.
Prepare presentations and proposals tailored for various external audiences such as prospects, existing partners, and board members.
Track and maintain databases of income, partner activities, proposals, contracts, and grants to ensure compliance and effective reporting.
Coordinate partnership meetings, organize collaborative projects, and facilitate feedback between partners and internal teams.
Develop, implement, and adapt project support plans and partnership strategies to ensure mutual benefits and satisfaction.
Lead capacity assessments and organize training/capacity-building initiatives for partners as needed.
