The Partnership Associate will drive revenue-oriented partnerships for FounderLabs by engaging with incubators, accelerators, startup programs, founder communities, and ecosystem platforms.

This is a business and partnerships role, not a content-creation role.
The objective is to convert FounderLabs' media, PR, and authority assets into paid collaborations
Not suitable for:
Content-only writers
Social media-only roles
Passive freelancers or part-time contributors
Partnership Outreach & Ecosystem Engagement
Identify relevant incubators, accelerators, startup programs, colleges, co-working spaces, and founder communities.
Initiate partnership conversations through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and ecosystem introductions.
Position FounderLabs as a media, PR, and authority partner for ecosystem stakeholders.
Proposal & Follow-up Management
Share FounderLabs pitch decks, media kits, and partnership proposals with prospects.
Coordinate follow-ups and advance discussions toward concrete collaboration formats.
Maintain and update a partnership tracker (Google Sheet or CRM) with clear next steps.
Revenue Enablement & Deal Support
Support conversion of discussions into paid offerings such as sponsored features, newsletters, and authority packages.
Assist in closing cohort-level or batch-level deals with incubators and accelerators.
Work closely with the Founder to move qualified leads toward LOI or paid engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Graduate in any stream
MBA with 1-3 years of experience
Proficient in written and oral communication skills
Experience with a startup magazine, media platform, PR firm, or ecosystem organisation (preferred).
Time Commitment
Full-time (8 hours/day), Monday to Friday
This role requires hands-on execution, not advisory involvement.
Weekly in-person review meeting at office (mandatory)
Daily outreach and follow-ups expected
Success Metrics (30-60 Days)
Initiate 15-20 qualified partnership conversations
Generate 4-6 strong partnership leads
Support 1-3 paid or LOI-stage deals
Build a clear, documented pipeline for ongoing revenue
Compensation
Fixed Project Fee:
?10,000 - ?15,000 (30-day mandate)
Incentive:
Performance-linked bonus / commission on closed deals
Extension:
Scope to move into a longer-term Partnership / Monetisation role based on results
