Introduction
This is a technical specialist role with responsibility for influencing IBM Business Partner's technical strategy toward IBM's Technology. The specialists possess deep technical product portfolio skills and are assigned to work with IBM business partners based on revenue and growth potential. The specialist works to incorporate and embed IBM technology into partner's reference architectures, practices, and solutions; coordinates IBM technical expertise to identify, design, and implement client centric solutions through the partners and also carries the goal to increase the partner's technical capabilities for demonstrating and deploying IBM software with partner firms' sales and technical sellers
Your Role and Responsibilities
Earn trust and influence partner's tech agenda with a reputation of deep industry knowledge for assigned product portfolio; Facilitates pre-sales technical activities, e.g., joint proof of technology and demonstration between partners and IBM, solution co-creation, delivery of partner joint-learning activities to build technical skills and expertise of partners to enable co-sell motions, to drive post-sale technical adoption and deployment. Top KPIs: Revenue for assigned portfolio through aligned partners. Partner skill development on assigned portfolio, GTM execution along-with assigned partners.
