About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring strategies, stakeholder management, and the ability to attract top talent across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
-- from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
Partner with hiring managers to
understand hiring needs
and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media
, and other innovative channels.
Conduct
screening interviews
to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth
candidate experience
throughout.
Maintain and update the
applicant tracking system (ATS)
with accurate candidate information.
Collaborate with HR team on
offer negotiations, onboarding
, and maintaining hiring metrics.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for critical and recurring roles.
Stay updated on
market trends, compensation benchmarks, and employer branding initiatives
.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in
end-to-end recruitment
(preferably in tech/non-tech or both).
Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
Excellent
stakeholder management and communication
skills.
Proficiency in using
ATS tools and job portals
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment
